    STRICTLY AND ONLY use this tool if the user explicitly asks to create, generate, or make an ANIMATED VIDEO or MUSIC VIDEO.

    NEVER use this tool if the user asks for a static image, a picture, a JPEG, or a PNG. Even if the user mentions a character name like "Cartoon Duck," do NOT trigger this tool unless they specifically request a VIDEO.

    Valid triggers (MUST be about videos):

    • "create a marketing music video"
    • "make me a happy birthday music video"
    • "generate a video"

    INVALID triggers (NEVER USE THIS TOOL FOR THESE):
